Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the faucet in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all handles, valves, and mounting hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
